1/20/20
Improved the efficiency of loading the organizations page by not showing "other" series and defunct series by default. Instead, to show these they now need to be explicitly selected from the Organizations drop-down.
Also added a "group" feature where organizations are shown by groups like FIA License (i.e. shows series that give FIA license points towards a Super License), car type (e.g. Touring Car series), specific car (e.g. F3 series), organization group (e.g. BARC), or format (e.g. motorcycle road racing).

11/3/19
Corrected an issue so that States with multigeometry maps can be clicked.
10/26/19
Improved the clickable accuracy of the red-dots that mark tracks.
Because the click area of the marker seems correlated with the marker 'title' it meant that both the title (track name) and the associated click event needed to occur above the red dot, particularly in situations where two or more tracks were close together.
This update fixes the problem by placing an opaque second dot below the red dot and attaching the click-listening event to that dot, which visually means the click event appears to occur on top of the red dot.
However the horizontal span of clickable area/title means that when multiple tracks are close together in longitude, one track's clickable area may dominate the close proximity of the other tracks, causing continued difficulty in distinguishing tracks when hovering/clicking. There is no obvious solution to this, but this update at least resolves the issue for tracks close together in latitude.
9/7/19
Google is 'turning down' (closing) Fusion Tables upon which this site relied.
Starting August 2019 the maps became unclickable.

This also required some formatting changes, which may be noticed by returning users.
